The Meeting Industry Ladies Invitational will take place October 28 – 31, 2012. It hosts 80 attendees of which 60 golfers (40 meeting planners). *All sponsorships do not include fees for individuals to participate.  Individuals must pay an additional registration fee based on their category of attendance.

HOLES (18 Available)* – $1,000

• Signage with Company name
• Three Representatives (one can fill a player slot) (Individual Registration Fee is separate from Sponsorship Fee)
• Acknowledgment on Web Site (over 10,000 hits per month)
• All holes must be manned during the two rounds of play. Food and Beverage, a contest or a give-a-way must be offered from each company sponsoring holes.

BEVERAGE CART (2 Available)* – $500.00

• Two Representatives (one can fill a player slot) (Individual Registration Fee is separate from Sponsorship Fee)
• Acknowledgment on Web Site (over 10,000 hits per month)
• Cruise entire golf course for two days to meet all 75 golfers players of which approximately 50 are meeting planners.

TEE BOX MARKER COVER – $2,000.00

• Tee Box Marker Covers are for one day. Two are placed on each Tee Box with the Sponsor Logo on all Four Sides
• Two Representatives (one can fill a player slot) (Individual Registration Fee is separate from Sponsorship Fee)

PIN FLAGS – $2,000.00

• Pin Flags are for one day. One flag is placed at each green with the Sponsor Logo.

GIVEAWAY or DRAWING PRIZE* – $250.00

• One Representative (golfer on non-golfer slot) for a minimum of $500-1500 item (Individual Registration Fee is separate from Sponsorship Fee)
• Two Representatives for item if valued over $1500 (one can fill a player slot)
• Acknowledgment on Web Site (approximately 10,000 hits per month)
• Acknowledgment during Awards Program in Power Point Presentation (drawing prize only)
• *Must provide either a giveaway for all golfers or attendees, or a drawing prize.
• *Please note that any prize drawings for trips must be for two people and include two round-trip airlines tickets
