Sponsor Registration Information
Network in one destination with Meeting Executives from around the country. All sponsorships include:
- Meeting Profile Report for all registered Meeting Planners in Excel Format
- Sponsors will enjoy three evenings of social events to network in a relaxed atmosphere with meeting planners.
- The Opening Evening MILO Showcase (mini-tradeshow) offers all sponsors complimentary tabletop space to network in a business atmosphere.
- Recognition through signage where appropriate
- All sponsorships received recognition on our website and in our official MILO Program
We are expecting to register 100 golfers with a maximum of 80 Meeting Planning Professionals.
If you are a sponsor golfer (member) your registration fee is $200.00. A sponsor golfer non-member’s fee is $225.00. If you are a non-playing sponsor – your registration fee is $150.00. Without payment, forms cannot be processed. Please note that individual registration fees will increase by $25.00 on January 31, 2012. All sponsorships require individuals to register and pay an individual fee along with the sponsorship fee. The deadline for refunds is April 20, 2012. A minimum sponsorship valued at $500 is required.
Sponsors must submit a Registration Form in order to register. Omission of this form will delay registration.
The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is offering sponsor partners a VERY special rate for your accommodations. The discounted rate per night of $159.00 – Concierge Tower, $189.00 – Jacuzzi Suite or $219.00 – One Bedroom Executive Suite. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-994-5900 and used the Reservation Code of SMILO12. You may also reserve a room on-line using the same Code by clicking here. The cut-off date for room reservations is May 3, 2012.
