You are invited to network in one destination with other Meeting Executives from around the country.  During the three days of our event, you will meet Suppliers that can assist you with your future meeting needs.  We will have representatives from Convention Bureaus, Hotels, Airlines, Exhibit Service Contractors, Destination Management Companies among other companies representing the services of the meeting and hospitality industry.  You will play two rounds of golf. One day will be at the Windsor Golf Club and the other at Foxtail Golf Club. Three evenings of wonderful social events are scheduled where your networking can take place in a most relaxing atmosphere. One evening will offer a wine pairings educational session at the beautiful Kendall Jackson Winery. Our MILI Showcase on Opening Day will allow you the chance to make contacts and renew previous contacts while participating in our mini-tradeshow.  Of course, MILI will offer great prizes and giftsA current list of participants will be updated often at the Home Page of CLUBMILO.COM.

The Early Registration Fee is $175 for CLUB MILO Members and $200 for non-members. (After August 10, 2009, rates will increase by $25.00 each.) Of course, CLUB MILO members have top priority.

Rooms are complimentary for Meeting Planners for all three nights.  All planners must submit an Event Registration Form and a Meeting Profile to register. Omission of either form will delay registration.  When you register, a complimentary room will be reserved at the DoubleTree Hotel Sonoma Wine Country in your name.  Your personal room will be for reserved arrival on Sunday, October 25 with departure on Wednesday, October 28.  Confirmation will be mailed to you.  Requests for extensions of your reservation can be made in writing via e-mail or fax to the MILO Office at the special MILI rate of $154.00 per night.  Please register immediately!
