We are expecting to register 100 golfers with a maximum of 80 Meeting
Planning Professionals.
If
you are a sponsor golfer your registration fee is $175.00. If you are
a non-playing sponsor - your registration fee is $150.00. Without payment, forms cannot be processed. Please note that individual registration fees will increase by $25.00 on August 10, 2009. All sponsorships required individuals to register and pay an individual fee along with the sponsorship fee. The deadline for refunds is September 25, 2009. A minimum sponsorship
valued at $500 is required.
